Across a career that moved through circular economy, retail, hospitality, technology, and education, Brawin worked alongside senior leaders in multiple regions around the world and noticed something the job titles never captured. Not everyone who was labelled a "leader" actually demonstrated leadership when it was crucial. And the ones who genuinely did the rare, first-class operations were often the hardest people to reach directly, insulated by layers of managers handling the day-to-day dealings, even as they themselves stayed remarkably precise and present in the decisions that reached them.
That contrast was the real discovery. First-class leadership was never a title or a position on an org chart; it was a way of operating that a small number of people had quietly mastered, mostly out of view, without needing to prove it to anyone. Mithyos was created to close that gap by giving you access to the method, not the leaders. Brawin founded Mithyos after more than 15 years working across circular economy, retail, hospitality, technology, and education enough different terrains to notice the same gap show up in every one of them: leaders were being handed titles and told to figure the rest out, with no structured way to actually track whether they were growing into the role.
He holds certifications in business analysis, AI, and sustainability and brings a cross-sector view that shapes how Mithyos is built not as a single-industry playbook but as a method flexible enough to hold up across contexts.
