Toolkit data
Toolkit records are associated with your authenticated user account and stored in the Mithyos server database. A temporary browser session cache may be used to make navigation faster. The server record is the source of truth when you are signed in. Do not enter sensitive personal, medical, financial, or confidential third-party information into a Toolkit field.
Service providers
We use service providers where necessary to operate the platform, including WordPress hosting, Paid Memberships Pro for membership workflows, PayPal or other configured payment providers for payment processing, WPForms and email delivery services for submitted forms, Akismet for anti-spam checks, SimplyBook where scheduling is enabled, and security, backup, and maintenance providers. Those providers receive only the information necessary for their function and may have their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the platform. You may request account or Toolkit data deletion by contacting us through the contact page. Some transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, or security records may need to be retained for a limited period.
Your choices
You may update profile information, cancel future subscription payments through the available account or billing controls, request access or correction of personal information, and ask questions about processing. You may also disable non-essential browser storage through your browser settings, although some site functions may stop working.
Children
Mithyos is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated date shown above indicates when the current version was published or revised.
