By using Mithyos, you agree to use the service lawfully, protect your account, and treat Toolkit outputs as decision-support material rather than professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Using Mithyos

Mithyos provides a leadership development platform, digital Toolkit, educational material, and related membership services. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Membership and payment

Membership access, pricing, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are described in the Subscription and Refund Policy. Paid Memberships Pro and the configured payment provider may process membership and payment actions.

Your content and Toolkit records

You retain responsibility for information you enter into the Toolkit. You grant Mithyos permission to host, process, back up, display to you, and transmit that information as necessary to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious code, passwords, payment card data, or confidential information belonging to another person without permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not bypass membership controls or access another person’s account.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe systems without permission, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, harass people, or distribute harmful or deceptive material.
• Do not copy, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit the Toolkit, branding, prompts, or site content without written permission.

Intellectual property

Mithyos and its licensors retain rights in the site, Toolkit design, software, branding, text, graphics, and methodology, except for content you submit. Subject to these Terms and your active membership, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own leadership development.

Decision-support disclaimer

Toolkit scores, prompts, summaries, and generated outputs are educational decision-support materials. They are not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, accounting, financial, employment, safety, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make and for checking outputs against your own context.

Availability and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, or suspend accounts that breach these Terms, create security risk, or involve unlawful use. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice. Account termination does not automatically create a refund.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and Mithyos does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or a particular outcome from using the Toolkit. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent through the contact page.
