Subscription and Refund Policy

Important: Mithyos provides digital services and membership access. Except where required by applicable law, membership fees and digital services are non-refundable.

Subscription access

The Mithyos Leadership Toolkit is offered through a recurring monthly or yearly membership where that option is made available at checkout. Your membership provides access to the features and period shown during purchase, subject to account eligibility and service availability.

Automatic renewals

Unless you cancel before the next renewal date, your subscription may renew automatically using the payment method held by the configured payment provider. The provider may show the renewal amount, timing, and payment terms during checkout.

How to cancel

You may cancel a monthly or yearly subscription through the membership account or billing controls made available on the site, or by contacting us through the contact page. Cancellation stops future renewal payments. It does not normally create a refund for the current billing period, and access may continue until the end of the period already paid for.

No refunds

Because Mithyos is a digital service, we do not provide refunds for services or membership periods already started, automatic renewals that have been processed, partial months, partial years, unused time, or failure to use the Toolkit, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Mithyos.

Payment disputes

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, or technically incorrect, contact us promptly through the contact page and include the relevant account email and transaction details. Do not send full payment card numbers.

Changes to pricing or service

We may change pricing, plans, features, or renewal terms. Where required, we will provide notice through the service or to the account email. Changes normally apply at the next renewal unless stated otherwise.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, chargeback, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded in your location.
